We suggest the following Bequest Clause:
“I bequeath to Caladenia Dementia Care, ACN 141 153 942 of 11 Hilledge Lane Mooroolbark, Victoria for its general purposes the sum of $.............. (words & figures)…………. (or portion of estate or description of property) and I declare that the receipt of the Treasurer or other proper officer shall be a sufficient discharge to my trustee.”
